Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime from Settings — you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for. Because postcards are printed and handed to USPS, mail that has already been submitted can't be recalled or refunded. See our Terms and Privacy Policy.

Common questions

What's included in a postcard?
Residence mails a full-color 4×6 First-Class postcard, USPS-delivered in 5–7 business days. Neighborhood mails a jumbo 6.5″×9″ postcard to every home on a local mail route. Complete includes both.
Which plan should I pick?
No customer list? Start with Neighborhood and we pick the addresses. Have an existing list (CRM, Mailchimp, hand-collected)? Residence is the right home for it. Want to reach new neighbors AND retarget your own customers? Complete does both.
What if I send more than my plan includes?
Neighborhood and Complete include 400 homes a month; beyond that it's $1.75 per extra home, shown to you and confirmed before anything is sent. Residence and Complete include 100 addressed postcards a month. A typical mail route is 300–600 homes, so a single large route may run past the included 400 — you'll always see the exact amount first.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, right from Settings — no phone call, no email. Subscriptions are month-to-month with no commitment, and you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for. Annual billing with 20% off is available on request.
How does Complete combine both channels?
Complete gives you one neighborhood route (about 200 homes) and 100 addressed postcards to your own list every month. Save a ZIP area and upload a contact list, then run campaigns on either channel. They appear together in your campaigns.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Open Settings, use Manage subscription to cancel your current plan, then pick the new one. Your account, brand profile, and postcards all carry over.
